REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

Orders placed within 24 hours may be modified or cancelled. After 24 hours, all orders will automatically be secured for processing time, therefore cannot be modified or cancelled. This policy applies to orders including the change of size, design, color or shipping address. Please contact us via customer service email with your order number and the modification you wish to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

 

Payment Refund Policy

Once you have cancelled your order, payment refund may take up to 4-5 working days to be returned to your account. If you are experiencing trouble receiving your order refund, you are advised to prioritize contacting your banking company for any updates. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at: service@blissedstitch.com for more support.

 

Return Policy

If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be liable for the shipping fee, the specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reason, the order received is incorrect or defective, the customer will not be required to bear the shipping cost under the following circumstances.

Blissed Stitch’s Responsibility:

If you received the incorrect or defective order caused by our mistake, our customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. The following conditions are generally regarded as our responsibility, we are happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.


Customer's Responsibility:
Please note it is the customer’s responsible to select the correct product before checkout. If you have chosen the wrong item/size/color by mistake, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours (we strongly advise our customers to carefully review their order details to avoid any inconvenience). In the event that the product is eligible (non-defective), if the customer wishes to return an order for exchange of item/size/color, customer will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways (to and from our warehouse).

The refund or exchange will be made once the warehouse has received the return. Please be mindful that our policy lasts for 14 days after your order has been delivered, any exchange/refund requests can be made during this timeframe. If you have received your order for 14 days or more, unfortunately we will not accept any exchange/refund requests.

To return an item, customer must ensure that it is:

  • Undamaged
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging with all articles in the package intact.

Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refunds will be issued.

The following conditions are generally regarded as customer’s responsibility, we will not be able to replace or refund any orders under these circumstances.

l Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you. Therefore, please read and choose the right size carefully.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
